Biography
Mohamed made a name for himself with Abu Baker Salem Advocates & Legal Consultants as a specialist in the Litigation field in areas of civil law, company incorporation, construction law, Insurance Law, Labour Law, Contracting, Engineering’s Consultation Law and conducting settlements. He is a member of Egyptian Bar Association since 2010 .
Mohamed has a significant experience in providing counselling and support throughout the duration of the litigation, understanding client needs, answering to their inquiries, explaining legal terms and court proceedings to clients, preparing, and editing legal pleadings, organizing, and reviewing confidential records and files, Drafting letters and court pleadings, proofing documents.
