Lionel is well experienced in commercial, corporate and the resolution of contractual disputes. Lionel routinely advises high net worth individuals in the UAE to set up Foundations and also to structure organizations keeping in sight their corporate governance, succession planning and inheritance.
He is currently working towards being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales, clearing New York Bar as well as the Indian Bar in order to maintain a holistic and well-rounded perspective of the industry.
