Biography
Mahmoud began his career in the UAE in 1999. He has dealt with more than 2000 cases, particularly within the fields of banking, corporate, insurance, and individual. Mahmoud is also an experienced legal consultant, and routinely undertakes the following:
• Drafting and reviewing all types of contracts & agreements, legal notices & other legal documentation, including statements of claim for arbitration cases
• Legal consultancy in all areas of UAE law, including but not limited to real estate, labor, family, civil, commercial & criminal
• Advising corporate entities on their legal rights and obligations
• Taking the lead on negotiating terms of engagement with vendors, suppliers, purchasers any other contracting parties in order to protect the interests of our clients.
Moreover, Mahmoud has published numerous articles regarding the practice of law in the UAE and collaborated as an exclusive commentator of law for the UAE
