He has over 39 years of experience in UAE and a well-versed lawyer in all types of UAE Laws and regulation. He was Vice President and Head of Legal Department and Board Secretary for both Mashreq Bank psc and its subsidiaries and Union National Bank and its subsidiaries in UAE. Legal Advisor and visiting Lecturer for bankers and diplomas students of Emirates Institute of Banking and financial studies, Sharjah. Member of the Legal Advisory Committee of Emirates Banks Association: Advising member Banks operating in UAE on common legal and regulatory issues. Member of the Technical Committee of the Council of the Economic Affairs of the Emirate of Dubai for drafting the new company Law 2015, UAE.
