Biography
Silsy has been with MIO for over twelve years and currently heads The Consultation Department in Abu Dhabi.
She is a highly experienced corporate and commercial legal consultant with a wide range of practice areas including FIDIC contracts, Syndication Financing and Inter-creditor Agreements, Joint Ventures and Consortiums, Equipment and Vehicle Lease Financing Agreements, Distribution/Agency agreements, School and Hotel Operation and Management Agreements.
Silsy is also enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
